Export control and compliance.

BMDS systems are dual use: the same airframe, the same ground station and the same sensor payload serve civil inspection, public safety and defence tasks. Which rules apply therefore depends on the configuration, the recipient and the intended use, and every inquiry is assessed on those three points before any technical information is released.

What is published and what is not.

Our public pages carry performance data only: class, payload, endurance, range and role. Design data, manufacturing information, interface specifications at signal level and software details are not published. They are released under a non disclosure agreement and, where required, only after the necessary licences have been granted.

Every inquiry is assessed.

We ask for the end user, the country of end use and the intended purpose before we send documentation. That is not a formality. It decides which rules apply to a delivery and whether a project can be pursued at all.

No delivery without the required licences.

The presentation of systems on this website is neither an offer nor a commitment to supply. Deliveries are made exclusively in accordance with applicable European and national export control rules and only after the required licences have been granted.

Human decision in every engagement loop.

Where a configuration includes an effector, the system architecture requires a human decision before an engagement. This is a property of the architecture, not a setting, and it cannot be switched off by configuration.
